Reports to Sr. VP of Sales & Product Job Summary We’re looking for an accomplished, results-oriented, self-motivated sales producer. A Hunter, and a Closer. Job Responsibilities Focus on Key Accounts in Assigned Industries (Key Industries including but are not limited to Automotive, Aerospace / Defense, Electronics, Diversified Manufacturing) Hunt for new accounts and generate opportunities that lead to sales. Build rapport quickly while cultivating essential relationships - based on trust, responsiveness, support, collaborative selling and “one team” values. Evangelize the LightGuide software portfolio through compelling product demonstrations, pilot programs and integrated solutions definition. Work within our CRM platform – Salesforce.com – to track your accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, and follow our embedded sales process based on MEDDIC principles. Demonstrated track record of breaking into and growing new accounts, achieving, and exceeding SaaS recurring revenue objectives in complex solutions environments at Fortune 500 clients. Exhibit “Challenger” attributes including an entrepreneurial spirit, hunter mentality and abstract reasoning ability to move seamlessly from high-level strategic direction to managing detailed tasks. Candidates must have a consistent ability to work and sustain attention with distractions and / or interruptions. Ability to interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers/clients. Ability to deal with people under adverse circumstances. Ability to work as an integral part of a team. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Ideally, 3-5 years experience in tech services, sales, or a professional consulting firm. Don't meet every single requirement?
