Mister Sparky of Colorado Springs is seeking experienced Colorado-licensed electricians to join our residential service team. We are looking for Residential Wireman, Journeyman, and Master Electricians who take pride in their workmanship, provide excellent customer service, and want to build a long-term career with a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Install and repair wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, fixtures, and electrical equipment.
• Install conduit, cable, grounding, and bonding systems.
• Inspect electrical systems for safety, defects, and code compliance.
• Read and interpret electrical plans, diagrams, and specifications.
• Determine required materials, equipment, and labor for each project.
• Prepare estimates and explain recommended solutions to customers.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear explanations of completed and recommended work.
• Complete job documentation, service notes, and required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Protect the customer's home and property while performing work.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Follow applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and professional training.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado electrical license required.
• Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license.
• 3+ years of verifiable residential electrical experience preferred.
• Experience in residential service, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls professionally.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening.
