Quick Facts Location: Yakima, WA Start Date: 06/18/2026 End Date/Duration: TBD Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible options available) Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certifications: Active Washington state license (preferred), BLS Certification Experience: Clinic practicum or equivalent experience required; master's or doctorate degree in audiology (AuD preferred) Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Perform diagnostic hearing assessments including pure tone air and bone conduction testing, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry for diverse age groups Interpret test results and communicate findings to patients and physicians Provide recommendations for follow-up care, hearing aids, and ear protection Conduct hearing aid evaluations to select appropriate amplification and fit devices Instruct patients on device operation and maintenance Perform routine hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient care and hearing health What You Need Active Washington state audiology license (preferred) Successful completion of a master's or doctorate degree in audiology, including clinical practicum Current BLS Certification Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment Join a prominent healthcare provider in Yakima dedicated to delivering exceptional audiology services.
