Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member‑assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping them with purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You also assist members by loading their vehicles and supporting a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you. You will sweep us off our feet if: You thrive in fast‑paced environments You're a multi‑tasker at heart You keep member satisfaction as your top priority You can stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately You're a problem solver who tackles obstacles head‑on to ensure each task is completed with excellence You will make an impact by: Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area What you’ll do Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternative options when needed; ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company's products and services. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations. Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing member purchases, assisting with payment, and locating and organizing merchandise. Notify members of changes or unavailable items. Complement these tasks with cart and parking lot maintenance to provide a seamless shopping experience. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
