About the Role

The Client Success Specialist owns the client experience across our book of business — making sure every client feels the value of the relationship, spotting where the firm can do more for them, and turning that insight into growth. You'll manage a portfolio of client relationships, understand where each one stands today, and act on what you see — proactive outreach, timely check-ins, and clear communication about how the firm can help. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you'll surface opportunities inside your portfolio and hand them off cleanly to the right team, with the context they need to move forward. If you're energized by building genuine client relationships, sharp at reading what a client actually needs, and disciplined about managing your own book without daily oversight, this role was built for you.
