Autism 360 is hiring a Hybrid BCBA in the Charlotte market for clinicians who want strong compensation, clear expectations, and meaningful flexibility without losing connection to clients and teams. This role is designed for BCBAs who value in-person clinical impact but also want built-in flexibility for documentation, parent collaboration, treatment planning, and other non-billable responsibilities.

Essential responsibilities

• Provide 25 weekly in-person billable hours under CPT 97155.

• Conduct supervision, treatment planning, program modifications, and clinical review.

• Collaborate with caregivers and team members to support learner progress.

• Complete documentation, data review, and communication within required timelines.

• Support RBT performance through coaching, feedback, and clinical guidance.

• Maintain ethical and compliant service delivery consistent with payer and organizational expectations.
