Data analyst and project coordinator

Role - Job Title: Junior Data Analyst & Project Coordinator Experience Required -1+ Years We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst & Project Coordinator to support data-driven decision-making and project execution across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data while assisting in project planning, tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Functional Skills Data Analysis Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics. Perform trend analysis and identify insights to support business decisions. Create data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Project Coordination Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities. Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action-item trackers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables Reporting & Communication Prepare project status reports and management presentations. Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders. Base Salary Range : $45,000 to $55,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
