Construction Project Coordinator — Admin & Docs

Hirebridge

Hirebridge is seeking an Administrative Assistant based in Port Reading, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for composing, logging, and distributing various correspondence and construction documents. Additionally, you will manage project-related meeting minutes and facilitate the closeout process for projects. The role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
