Construction Project Coordinator

- Manage all aspects of construction project, from initial planning to full implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Coordinate with onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, etc.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Reimbursable travel to NJ job sites and NJ municipalities
- IN-PERSON position, 5 days a week, Monday - Friday - Daytime hours
- previous experience in construction management or another related field
- Blueprint knowledge, blueprint reading is a MUST
- familiarity with general computer software such as Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Smartsheet programs
- Email management and Mobile phone knowledge is a must
- Strong organizational skills required
- Adaptability and quick learning
- Deadline and detail-oriented
