Maintenance TechnicianSkilled Maintenance Techs: Fix, troubleshoot, and thrive—competitive pay, direct hire, grow your career today now!What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Maintenance Technician Details:Contract to Hire position$ 24.00 / annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production equipment and machinery.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on equipment.Repair and replace parts such as motors, belts, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors.Diagnose equipment failures using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.Perform routine inspections to identify wear, defects, or safety concerns.Maintenance Technician Qualifications:3-5 years' experience in Industrial MaintenanceKnowledge of PLC's is requiredShould be able to Troubleshoot Electrical issuesApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
