Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even during high-volume or unexpected situations. Make sound decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and well-organized. Demonstrate reliable and punctual attendance. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
