Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home ABA Therapy

$22.00–$28.00 per hour | Part-time, afternoon hours with room to grow | In-home, serving Clinton, NC and surrounding communities

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — or an exam-ready candidate who has completed the 40-hour RBT training and has hands-on ABA experience — to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, under the supervision of a licensed BCBA.

This is a direct-care role in family homes and community settings. You'll be at a child's level running skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs — hands-on clinical work, not observation.

What you'll do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to young kiddos, in home and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) written by your supervising BCBA

• Run skill acquisition programs for communication, behavior regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills

• Collect accurate behavioral data during every session and complete documentation on time

• Respond to challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures

• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and the care team

Requirements — please apply only if these describe you

• Active RBT certification through the BACB, or completed 40-hour RBT training and ready to sit for the exam

• Hands-on experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism (direct 1:1 experience, not observation only)

• Weekday afternoon availability

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license — sessions are in client homes across Clinton and surrounding areas

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to complete background clearances required for working with children

• Physically able to sit on the floor, kneel, move quickly, and safely respond to challenging behavior

Pay and perks
