Bilingual Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Clinton, NC

As a BCBA with Blossom ABA Therapy, you will oversee the clinical programming for your assigned clients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families and other members of the care team. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and other clinical assessments Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans Establish meaningful and measurable treatment goals based on each client's needs Provide ongoing supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and other direct-care staff Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis Make data-driven treatment modifications when appropriate Provide caregiver training and support Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other members of the client's care team Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate client records Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical standards and applicable regulations Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families Support culturally responsive and family-centered care Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development Qualifications Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

NC LBA

Reside in or within 40 miles of NC Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical team members Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong organizational and time-management skills Why Join Blossom ABA?
