Program Specialist: Mental Health and Culinary

Job Overview FTE Program Support Specialist (Culinary and Caseload Management) at Threshold, an evidence-based Clubhouse model program located in Durham, NC. Join this transformative model of recovery for adults diagnosed with severe mental illnesses. Responsibilities Prepare, plan, and facilitate meals cooked for and with Threshold members. Manage a member caseload of 10-20. Participate in menu planning and health and wellness programming. Qualifications BA/BS degree or OTA degree; one year of experience with adults with serious mental illness strongly preferred. Work onsite 40 hours/week, including evening, remote and/or weekend hours. Valid NC driver's license required. First Aid/CPR certification. Pass criminal background check and Health Care Registry checks. Skills & Abilities High capacity for collaboration; ability to work independently and on a team; comfortable in a highly social environment. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary $43,500 per year.
