Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including exterior areas, parking areas, loading zones, trailer yards, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and/or drivers, verify credentials when required, and report unusual activity, damaged equipment, and/or unsecured areas. Support shipping and receiving area operations by observing site traffic patterns, helping to control access around docks and gates, and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
