This role is shared between two nearby communities (just minutes apart), with a consistent rotating schedule:Week 1: 3 days at Location A, 2 days at Location B (Forest Lake, MN)Week 2: 2 days at Location A, 3 days at Location B (Spring Lake Park, MN) Meaningful Resident Relationships Build strong, lasting connections with residents and families in a supportive, community-based setting. Supportive Team Culture Work alongside experienced caregivers and leaders who value collaboration, communication, and respect.  Position OverviewAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care across two Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
