Hiring: Supply Chain Specialist
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday (Some Nights & Weekends)
Pay: $52,000–$68,000/year
*Depending on Experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records by entering, updating, and verifying inventory transactions within the company's inventory systems. This position supports inventory accuracy for company assets valued in the millions of dollars by ensuring inventory data is entered accurately, documentation is maintained, and discrepancies are reported to management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Accurately enter inventory transactions into company inventory systems.
• Update inventory records for receipts, transfers, adjustments, and inventory movements.
• Review inventory reports for missing or incorrect information.
• Verify inventory documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with cycle count documentation and inventory data entry.
• Record inventory adjustments as directed by management.
• Research basic inventory discrepancies and report findings.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper inventory records.
• Prepare routine inventory reports and spreadsheets.
• Support warehouse and purchasing teams with inventory record updates.
• Perform other inventory-related administrative duties as assigned.
