Senior Insurance Defense Counsel - Texas (Hybrid/Remote)
Government Employees Insurance Company
GEICO is seeking a Counsel to defend lawsuits filed in Texas courts and other first-party insurance defense matters. The role is with GEICO Staff Counsel in Dallas, TX.
The successful candidate will research laws, prepare briefs and memoranda, render liability opinions, and manage pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation for assigned matters. Travel may be required for trials and hearings.
