All Submittals MUST be on TGS letterhead and have two references completed and documented in Connected.SJC - 14 L2 roles OVERNIGHT 4x10 Shift Schedule; Wed-Sat, Sun-Wed (8PM - 7 AM) - 7 roles on each shiftThese techs must have good DC Tech break/fix troubleshooting (not just part swapping, but actual DCOps troubleshooting with break/fix).**There are fourteen (14) L2 rolesThis is a long-term ongoing Datacenter Tech opportunity. They will work in the build out and support of an NVIDIA datacenter. This will be mostly break/fix, but they must be open to installation and deployment workload as needed (not very likely during the overnights)Level 2:- Troubleshoot a variety of servers and isolate the problem that the server is encountering.- Order replacement parts and install them in servers and ship back the defective part to their respective vendors.- Update firmware on servers to ensure the latest version is installed.- Configure IP addresses and default login credentials on servers.- Reach out and assist network admins on any issues they are having with a server that can range from: replacing broken or damaged cables, re-routing cables to different ports on the server or switch, replacing optics on both server and switch ports, changing out parts and installing upgraded versions of those parts in servers. And supporting their DC/Lab teams.- Temporarily rack and stack a server or switch in a cabinet and cable it so the network admin can remotely log in and run configurations on device.- Assist network admins who reach out requesting specific assistance with servers or switch.- Assist out with Level 1 responsibilities as necessary.It is critical that that all submittals be true L2 break/fixThis is L2 troubleshooting installs and ops. It is not remote hands or people being walked through tickets by engineers who already did the troubleshooting.2 recent valid references are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
