($1,250 referrer / $250 referee - Payable after 200 hours of work)Personalized Support - Work with a dedicated recruiter committed to your success.Exclusive Employee Benefits - Enjoy free continuing education (CEUs) exclusive marketplace discounts, hotel savings, pet insurance, and Employee Assistance Program.Shift Details:Sat/Sun 8am-6pmMust be able to train 2 weeks M-F 5/8s prior to covering weekends.Psychologist Duties & Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and screenings.Provide individual and group counseling to patients with mental health and behavioral health needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral interventions.Assess patients for mental health conditions, emotional concerns, and behavioral issues.Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation and patient records.Provide education and guidance to patients on coping strategies, behavioral health, and wellness.Follow applicable clinical, ethical, confidentiality, and facility standards.Minimum QualificationsCurrent, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.Minimum 1-year previous working experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a PsychologistCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
