Terms I am at least 18 years old I am legally authorized to work in the United States We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee machining, processing, and assembly operations supporting major automotive manufacturers. In this role, you will lead production associates, uphold safety and quality standards, and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. What's in It for You? Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and train production associates on equipment, safety, and quality procedures. Daily Operations: Conduct shift meetings, monitor cycle times, track output, and ensure clear handoffs between shifts. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams as needed. Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, PDCA, TPM) and root cause analysis to optimize efficiency. Reporting & Compliance: Complete daily production logs, evaluations, and safety/incident reports. Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Skills: Prior experience in automotive component manufacturing, machining, or assembly. Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and line balancing. Demonstrated track record of leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects. Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: 1?2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and basic problem-solving principles. Strong leadership, communication, and basic computer skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in varying shop-floor temperatures. Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support production goals.
