As a successful, privately owned network of four GM dealerships across the Southeast & pre-owned super store, we're expanding our Sales team at our Orlando, FL location. We're on the hunt for a standout individual with a proven track record who thrives in a collaborative environment. Bonus if you have experience with CRM lead handling!

What We're Looking For in Our Ideal Candidate:
- A burning passion for success
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Charismatic personality skilled at building lasting relationships
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, computer software, and internet tools
- Polished appearance with top-notch verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Confidence to ask for the sale and seal the deal
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to clear pre-employment background check, drug test, and DMV screening with a clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to uncover their needs and showcase vehicle options
- Become a GM vehicle expert, mastering inventory and cutting-edge technology
- Guide guests through test drives highlighting standout features
- Provide accurate quotes and demystify financing choices
- Promptly follow up on emails, voicemails, and leads from potential buyers
- Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and spark new opportunities
