Part-time HR Coordinator
We are searching for a Part-time Contract HR Coordinator to assist a client in Greensboro! This will be a 4-month contract, 25 hours/week with flexibility on schedule M-Th paying $25-30/hr. Must have prior HR experience and understand this is a contract, part-time role!
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruiting functions including posting open reqs., qualifying candidates, and conducting interviews
- Handle onboarding and new hire orientation
- Manage fall internship program
- Check in with interns regularly, prepare engagement activities and set up training programs for interns
- Assist with event planning for employees
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years of HR experience
- Must understand this is a contract, part-time role
- Recruiting and onboarding experience a plus
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookups) experience
