Senior NAMER Collections Analyst (4-Month Contract)

Monks in Austin is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to own NAMER debt recovery (>180 days), resolve customer queries, and drive cash collection under a 4-month contract. You will contact key accounts by phone and email, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with Billing, Cash Application and Client Account Managers to maintain accurate ledger records.
