Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Full Time Position Overview Seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with litigation experience to join its growing Houston office. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation, analytical, and advocacy skills, with experience independently managing cases from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances Take and defend depositions Communicate regularly with clients and provide meaningful case updates Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements Collaborate with attorneys and partners on various litigation projects Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards, procedures, and regulations Perform administrative and case management responsibilities related to litigation practice Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing Personal Injury experience is required.
