Front Desk Receptionist for Weekends
Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm
Join our team at Highfield Gardens Care Center, the premier sub-acute and long-term care facility in Great Neck, NY.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist for Weekends to join our dedicated team. As a vital part of our front-line staff, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our residents, families, and visitors. About the Front Desk Receptionist Role:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries
Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations of the facility
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Provide general administrative support to the facility
Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:
Welcome and direct visitors, residents, and families to various areas of the facility
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and reports
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and events
Perform data-entry tasks and maintain computerized records
Provide support to other departments as needed
Front Desk Receptionist Requirements:
Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
Ability to work a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday shifts)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with computerized systems and software
