Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

* We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. * We require strong proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. * We look for excellent writing and grammar skills. * We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. * We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. * We only consider applicants located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

* We design and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems. * We write clear, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations. * We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. * We provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models. * We work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving technical problems, and analyzing data.
