Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hourShift: 1st shift, M-F 3a-1:30p, Fri 5a-1:30pWhy you should apply to be a Production Operator:

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Reading and following manufacturing order instructions to gather, measure, weigh, and document ingredients
• Loading ingredients (up to 50 lbs.) into mixers, blending based on time specifications, and transferring batches to the next process
• Operating extrusion equipment and conducting product sensory checks to ensure quality standards
• Managing and transferring finished product through polishing and finishing processes, using drums, carts, trays, and polishing pans
• Maintaining quality and safety standards throughout all stages of production

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Have prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or general labor role (preferred)
• Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a hands-on environment
• Are detail-oriented and able to follow written instructions and safety procedures
• Are available to work the 1st shift schedule listed above
