Product Manager For Grow's New Billing Experience Team

One of the biggest barriers to accessing mental health care today is cost uncertainty and financial constraints. As the Product Manager for Grow's new Billing Experience team, you will own a charter focused on building a best-in-class experience that gives clients confidence to start and continue care.

You will define the product vision and lead a roadmap that transforms one of the most frustrating aspects of healthcare into a meaningful differentiator for Grow. This is an opportunity to turn complexity into clarity and create an experience that clients trust.

Working closely with engineering, design, data, and operations, you will have the strategic ownership to define what best-in-class truly means in a space where no competitor has fully solved the problem.

You'll be a good fit if:

• You have 5+ years in a product management role where you owned the full strategy of your end-to-end surface area.
• You have strong analytical skills and a comfort with data analysis and experimentation; you make decisions with data and know how to use data to uncover user needs.
• You have strong prioritization instincts: You know how to balance short-term wins with long-term platform investments and focus on what drives the most impact.
• You have user empathy: You enjoy talking to users and translating real pain points into thoughtful product solutions.
• You are adaptable: You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and adjusting as new information emerges.
• You have demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful products in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
• You have a track record of owning outcomes, not just outputs — you care about whether the thing you shipped actually moved the needle.
