English Speaking Customer Support Representative（Singapore）

- Singapore nationality. You will be responsible for helping players resolve their issues and continue enjoying the game that they love. As a customer support representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Communicating effectively with players via ticket system and social platforms;
- Promptly responding to in-game tickets, managing and collecting player feedback, complaints, concerns, etc;
- Handling player-reported issues with a focus on providing solutions, positive interactions and follow-up;
- Proofreading Chinese Traditional for (Including but not limited to operational activities, in-game texts and advertising texts);
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships across teams and departments
