Job Requirements
- Native English speaker with authentic pronunciation and fluent language skills
- Solid high school English/ESL teaching experience
- Age requirement: under 45 years old
- Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic about adolescent education
- Able to deliver engaging, student-centered ESL lessons and support students’ academic English development
Salary & Full Benefits Package
- Monthly Salary: RMB 25,000 – 30,000
- 12-month full salary (fully paid summer and winter vacations)
- Meal Allowance: RMB 400 per month for campus dining
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to RMB 5,000 per academic semester
- Accommodation Benefit: Free on-campus single apartment; or RMB 3,500 monthly housing subsidy if off-campus living
- Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance provided

Job Responsibilities
