We are looking for an English Teacher for an international school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in upcoming 2026/2027 academic year in August 2026. The school creates an intelligent learning atmosphere and the International Baccalaureate (IB) and AP curriculum. Job responsibilities Teach the subject of English B to high school students utilizing the IB DP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environments Job requirements Bachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher educationExcellent communications skillsGood understanding of teaching in IB context Salary and benefits Monthly Salary 26,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 8,000 RMBTravel allowance is 20,000 RMB per yearProvide a two- year contract and completion bonus is 20,000International insurance is 10,000 RMB per yearFully paid summer and winter holidayPublic holiday
