Marketing Specialist

DSR Corporation is a custom software development firm with a global presence specializing in emerging technologies and complex software solutions. Our headquarters are located in Golden, Colorado, with additional offices in Portugal, Japan, and Uzbekistan. We are looking for a motivated, very organized, and creative Marketing Specialist to join our diverse team and help promote the business, brand, and mission of the organization. As a Marketing Specialist, you will support marketing initiatives that help meet organizational and strategic goals while supporting sales and other business functions. This role will contribute to demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, implementation of marketing strategy, and brand management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, content coordination, campaigns, and marketing operations within a fast‑paced and highly technical environment. This is a hybrid position based in the Denver metro area. Responsibilities Manage website updates and maintain content across company websites Support social media campaigns across multiple channels, including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting Assist with email marketing and lead generation campaigns Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance reports using Google Analytics and CRM data Maintain and organize marketing contacts and data within Zoho CRM Coordinate marketing graphics, presentations, social media assets, and light video content using company templates and branding guidelines Manage updates to marketing collateral, presentations, graphics, and videos with internal teams and designers Maintain an organized library of current marketing and sales materials Conduct industry and competitor research to support sales and marketing initiatives Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to gather information for marketing content and company communications Coordinate with global teams and international offices on marketing initiatives and content updates Support day‑to‑day marketing operations and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives Required Qualifications 1–3 years of marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination experience Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media platforms Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new technologies Must be located in the Denver metro area for a hybrid work schedule Preferred Qualifications Experience with WordPress and Elementor Familiarity with Zoho CRM Familiarity with Figma and Canva for updating marketing assets and creating simple graphics Experience in B2B, SaaS, software development, or other technical industries Familiarity with Jira and Confluence Exposure to email marketing or marketing automation platforms Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, embedded systems, or computer vision You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Enjoy learning about new technologies and industries Like balancing creativity with organization and execution Are proactive, adaptable, and detail‑oriented Enjoy collaborating with technical and creative teams Like variety and working on multiple projects at once Want hands‑on experience across digital marketing, content, campaigns, and marketing operations Why Join Us This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, campaigns, content coordination, and marketing operations while working alongside engineers and technical teams developing innovative software solutions.
