Clinical Oncology Specialist

Natera seeks a Clinical Oncology Specialist to lead sales in western Massachusetts and Hartford, Connecticut. The role involves developing territory strategy, building physician relationships, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth for oncology diagnostic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plan aligned with national goals
- Build and maintain key opinion leader relationships in academic and community oncology settings
- Achieve sales targets while managing budget and ROI across new and existing accounts
- Learn Natera products, services, and competitive landscape; implement laboratory services agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute sales strategies and ensure organizational objectives are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years oncology sales experience with demonstrated success
- Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement landscape
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to perform overnight travel within territory
- Strategic mindset with independent problem-solving capability
