What You'll Do
- Provide specialized urological patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Assist in minor procedures and patient preparations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Educate patients on post-procedure care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety standards
What You Need
- Valid nursing license in Massachusetts
- BLS certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in urology or related specialty
- Strong patient communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
