Job Overview Law firm seeks an Associate to join its Minneapolis, MN office. The position involves supporting nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations within a dynamic and growing practice. Duties Provide legal support to nonprofit and tax‑exempt organizations. Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal services. Engage in legal research and analysis for client matters. Draft and review legal documents and agreements. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a tax or business practice. Experience in a large firm setting preferred. Familiarity with healthcare, higher education, or religious organizations is advantageous. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
