As AVS continues expanding its German and EU operations, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Coordinator / PMO professional to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations delivery initiatives. Position Overview This role is focused on project coordination, PMO support, delivery tracking, reporting, and operational project administration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation environments. The ideal candidate is highly structured, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams while supporting enterprise ERP delivery programs. This is not a senior project management role. Instead, the position is centered around: delivery coordination reporting documentation governance support and day-to-day operational project management activities Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & PMO Support Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects Coordinate project activities, timelines, and delivery tasks Track milestones, risks, action items, and dependencies Maintain project governance documentation and reporting Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and executive summaries Assist with resource coordination and scheduling activities Maintain Azure DevOps boards and project tracking structures Monitor sprint activities, tickets, work items, and task progress Assist consultants and project leads with ADO updates and governance Support reporting related to delivery metrics and project tracking Help maintain project visibility across delivery teams Operational & Administrative Support Track project timesheets and delivery-related administrative activities Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings Support document management and project organization Ensure consistency across project artifacts and reporting standards Assist with project follow-up and action item management Client & Team Coordination Communicate effectively with German and international teams Support coordination between consultants, architects, project leadership, and clients Help maintain strong communication and organizational alignment across workstreams Required Qualifications Must Have Fluent German (C1/C2 or Native) Fluent English (written and spoken) 1–3 years experience in PMO, project coordination, ERP support, or enterprise project environments Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects or similar ERP initiatives Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and coordination Strong organizational and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies Microsoft Office Suite Power BI reporting Enterprise consulting or system integration environments What We Are Looking For Enjoys structure and organization Is highly dependable Communicates clearly Follows through consistently Thrives in fast‑moving enterprise project environments Why Join AVS?
