Produce Lead → Production Lead

Role Overview: This position leads daily departmental operations in a retail store, primarily in the absence of the department manager. Responsibilities include managing inventory, overseeing staff training and scheduling, ensuring product quality and safety, and executing company standards to meet performance goals. Key Duties: Ordering and maintaining inventory, validating received products, supervising stocking and production tasks, managing department merchandising, and executing sales promotions. Supporting department management in staffing, training, performance, and goal development. Ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience standards. Participating in meetings and communicating operational plans. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; 0-2 years retail experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and leadership skills are essential. Knowledge of retail operations and management systems is advantageous, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures.
