Assembly Worker Opportunity
Start a rewarding manufacturing career with an exceptional first-shift schedule! Twin City Staffing is seeking a dependable assembly worker to join a production team in the Maple Lake, MN area. You will handle lightweight foam products, operate production equipment, and use precise measuring tools. Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $18.00 – $20/hr. Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Monday – Friday.

Duties of the assembly worker:
- Carry out daily production, inspection, and machine operation
- Set up processing tanks and ensure materials are staged
- Strip, assemble, and handle various lightweight foam products
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and clean production equipment regularly
- Use micrometers and calipers to inspect parts against drawings
Requirements of the assembly worker:
- Previous manufacturing assembly experience and good work qualities
- Ability to understand, read, and write English fluently
- Proficiency using micrometers and calipers to interpret drawings
- Capability to lift 20–30 lbs. regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to pass an aptitude test and a background check
