Job Description

The Respiratory department in a community hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality care to neonate and pediatric patients across various settings, including the Emergency Department, Critical Care ICU, and med/surgical floors.

Responsibilities

• Perform arterial blood gases and ventilator/NIV management.
• Administer nebulizer treatments and other respiratory therapies.
• Provide airway management and medication administration for patients.
• Conduct pulmonary toileting and bronchoscopes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Active RRT and NC license required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS.
• Experience with NICU, PICU, and Pediatric ED preferred.
