Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM) | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties across a range of surgical specialties including Orthopedics, General, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, GYN, Urology, ENT, and Robotics
• Participate in on-call coverage, with up to 5 call shifts expected per month
• Weekend shifts are scheduled and required for this role
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience
• Active Washington State Surgical Technologist License required — pending licensure is not accepted; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All requested time off must be submitted upfront at the time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for a travel contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery, particularly da Vinci and Mako systems
• Prior experience in a high-volume acute care surgical environment
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
