Their technology is helping medical practices reduce administrative burden, improve patient access and transform how they manage day-to-day operations.

They're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own customer implementations end-to-end, translating complex healthcare workflows into live AI solutions that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do:

Deploy AI Agents into the Real World – Work directly with healthcare providers to understand their operational challenges and turn complex patient communication workflows into AI-powered automation.

Own Deployments End-to-End – Take responsibility for multiple customer implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, go-live and successful adoption.

Work Directly with Healthcare Leaders – Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, acting as the bridge between healthcare organisations and internal engineering teams.

Solve Complex Operational Problems – Translate customer needs into technical requirements, working alongside engineers while using tools such as SQL, Claude Code and Retool to solve implementation challenges.

What They're Looking For:

✔ 4–6 years in a customer-facing role across consulting, implementation, operations, technical programme management or a similar environment.

✔ Experience owning complex customer implementations end-to-end, ideally within healthcare, enterprise SaaS or a high-growth technology company.

✔ Strong technical aptitude – comfortable working with SQL, AI tools, data and technical teams to turn customer requirements into functioning solutions.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple demanding customer deployments simultaneously.

✔ High ownership, low ego and excited by an intense early-stage environment where you'll get hands-on, move quickly and solve problems without an existing playbook.
