Cost Manager

Supporting project cost planning and analysis, the full-time salaried Cost Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for design contracts in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Establish and maintain project cost control systems, monitoring expenditures against approved budgets Prepare and support client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements Conduct detailed cost analysis to assist project leadership in financial decision-making and reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline 8-15 years of experience in project controls, cost management, financial analysis, or program management Experience with large infrastructure projects and client/subcontractor invoicing processes Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles and cost control capabilities Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and performance drivers
