Shift Leader

Position Summary A Pacific Counter Shift Leader is responsible for taking a leadership position on the shift they are working. A Shift Leader would be the main contact between guests & management. The main goal of a Shift Leader is to ensure shifts run as smoothly as possible. They will give pre‑shift direction, lead by example during a shift, and make sure shifts end according to shift change/closing guides. Shift Leaders are required to follow all aspects of the employee handbook, ensure food quality and portion size, follow safety regulations, work as a team, and most of all ensure positive guest experiences! Part‑time Shift Leaders are expected to work between 15–25 hours per week, while full‑time Shift Leaders must work between 30–40 hours per week. Additional responsibilities may include cleaning, monitoring and tracking inventory levels, and having a good time at work!
