Hotel Restaurant Server

This role involves serving guests in our hotel restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The position demands professionalism, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to enhance guest experiences through attentive service and up selling.

Employment Type: Full Time, 5 days per week (2535 hours per week)

Pay: $15-$16/hr plus tips

Work Schedule: We are looking for someone flexible to work both weekdays and weekends. Occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events.

Weekdays: 6:00 AM11:00 AM

Weekends: 6:30 AM12:00 PM

Please note that public transportation (SEPTA) does not service our property during the starting hours or on weekends. Other means of transportation will be required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their orders
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Prepare food and coffee orders
• Restocking/prepping supplies as needed
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Follow proper food safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Training provided, but familiarity with POS systems and food service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
