Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Commission Direct message the job poster from HealthCare Recruiters International Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager/Independent Distributor with a strong industry experience and a proven ability to generate new business in the disposable medical supplies sector. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven manager who can identify and partner with a network of distributors to accelerate growth, and help accelerate our client's market position. This is a fully remote position so qualified candidates close to any major US airport with the ability to travel are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to drive new business and exceed revenueaksanakan targets Leverage an established network of distributors and OEM partners to secure new revenue opportunities Conduct market research to identify high-value prospects, competitive trends, and emerging growth areas Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance reporting Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product, marketing, and operational goals Represent the company in customer meetings, product presentations, trade shows, and industry events Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field 5+ years of sales success in the medical products industry with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets Established network of distributors, hospitals, physician groups, OEM contacts Pian>Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Compensation $130-$150K, plus commissions, benefits, travel-related business expenses Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Industries Medical Equipment Manufacturing; Hospitals andње Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthCare Recruiters International
