About the Role
Zonar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support our Manufacturing and Fulfillment Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, configuring and assembling products, managing inventory, and preparing shipments to ensure seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, values quality and efficiency, and is committed to maintaining operational excellence while contributing to continuous process improvement.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Configure and assemble products according to customer and operational requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy, completeness, and product integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and fulfillment goals.
• Utilize fulfillment tools and systems to support order processing and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve fulfillment issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company safety standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or related operational role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with multiple systems and software applications simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support evolving business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

This position is based on site in Chicago, Illinois.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Between $18,00 - $20,00 hourly
• Compensation Type: Full time- Exempt
