What We're Looking For a { text-decoration: none; }tr th, tr td { }tr th { }Global EHS LeadershipLead the development and execution of a comprehensive global EHS strategy that supports business objectives and operational excellence across multiple locations.Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:Develop, implement, and continuously improve global EHS policies, programs, and standardsEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable international regulationsStandardize EHS processes, reporting practices, and performance metrics across sitesLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programsMonitor and report EHS KPIs, driving measurable performance improvementsProvide subject matter expertise in air permitting, stormwater management, and environmental complianceSupport internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory interactionsSuccess MetricsDrive measurable improvements through proactive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives, including:Reduction in workplace incidents and injuriesImproved compliance performanceTimely completion of corrective actionsEnhanced training effectivenessStronger employee engagement and safety cultureCorporate Laser Safety Officer (LSO)Serve as the organization's designated Corporate Laser Safety Officer in accordance with ANSI Z136 standards.Responsibilitiesinclude:Manage and maintain corporate laser safety programsConduct laser hazard evaluations and risk assessmentsEnsure proper laser classification, controls, and compliance measuresDevelop and deliver laser safety training programsPrepare annual laser safety reports and documentationSupport product safety evaluations, documentation, and reporting requirementsSite EHS Leadership | Rock Hill, SCProvide direct EHS leadership and support for three Rock Hill facilities:Manufacturing Facility (3D printers and materials)Research & Development and Corporate OfficesDistribution CenterKeyresponsibilitiesinclude:Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsLead incident investigations and corrective action effortsEnsure OSHA compliance and regulatory readinessSupport new equipment installations and process changesManage environmental programs involving air emissions, stormwater, and waste managementPartner with operational leaders to create a safe and productive work environmentPeople LeadershipLead and support EHS professionals across our global organization.Responsibilitiesinclude:Manage EHS team members in Leuven, Belgium and Littleton, ColoradoProvide coaching, mentoring, and professional developmentFoster collaboration and alignment of EHS initiatives worldwideBuild strong partnerships with site, operational, and executive leadership teamsTraining & Safety CultureChampion a culture where safety is a core business value.Youwill:Develop and deliver EHS training programsSupport employee onboarding and ongoing safety educationDrive employee engagement and accountabilityPromote safe behaviors and continuous learning throughout the organizationQualificationsa { text-decoration: none; }tr th, tr td { }tr th { }What You'll BringRequired Experience7+ years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety experienceExperience supporting manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or industrial environmentsDemonstrated success managing EHS programs and regulatory compliance initiativesExperience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action managementPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related fieldGlobal or multi-site EHS leadership experienceExperience with air permitting and stormwater compliance programsLaser Safety Officer (LSO) experienceFamiliarity with ANSI Z136 standardsKey CompetenciesStrong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence change and drive organizational improvementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities across a global environmentTravel & Work EnvironmentTravel: 20-30% domestic and internationalWorkEnvironment:Office, laboratory, distribution, and manufacturing environmentsPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in designated production areasTravel: Yes, 25 % of the Time
