We believe in providing feedback that develops and uplifts team members, maintaining high clinical standards while fostering a positive, supportive culture.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct, hands-on ABA therapy and support to clientsActively coach and develop Behavior Technicians through regular engagementCreate and implement individualized treatment plans for early learnersSplit time between our modern clinic facility and partner schoolsDeliver constructive feedback to team members with kindness and respectConduct assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other toolsMaintain approximately 100-120 billable hours monthly with balanced schedulingSchedule:Full-time positionClinic hours: Daytime only, no nights or eveningsStructured administrative time built into scheduleBalanced caseload allowing for quality client careQualifications:Current BCBA certification or possible consideration for a BCBA I position if about to take final examMaster's Degree in ABA, Special Education, or related fieldMinimum 2 years experience in Applied Behavior AnalysisEnthusiasm for hands-on client work and BT developmentStrong coaching and feedback skillsExperience with assessment tools and data analysisWhat We Offer:Competitive salary: $75,000 - $91,000 based on experienceComprehensive benefits starting first month after hire3% matching Simple IRAFree CEUs and continuing education supportMultiple weeks of PTO plus paid holidaysMileage reimbursement for travel between locationsSupportive, collaborative team environmentManageable caseload with built-in admin time
