Senior Inpatient Case Manager RNSentara Careplex Hospital is hiring an experienced Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN to focus on complex cases! Generous sign-on bonus $20K for qualified candidates and positions.Location: Hampton, VAWork Shift: First (Days)Hours: Mon-Fri - Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with on-call commitments to include holidays and weekendsEducation: RN-Bachelor's Degree OR RN-Master's Degree OR RN-Doctorate DegreeCertification/Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) License - Compact/Multi-State License OR Registered Nurse (RN) License - Single State – Virginia Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) Case Management (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC) certification required within one year of eligibilityExperience: 3 years of nursing experience (required) 3 years Case Management experience (preferred)Healthcare experience refers to the care delivered in one of the following settings: hospital or an acute care facilitySenior Inpatient Case Manager, RN: Assumes responsibility, accountability and leadership for the daily operations including coordination of work, quality, and service for inpatient case management. Assist supervisor for assigned site/function. Participates in the work activities of assigned teams and provides case management services as needed. Maintains fiscal accountability for departmental activities. Provides feedback on hiring and evaluations of personnel.
